Some of us call the BzzScapes "scrapes".

Because Bzzagent gets paid for those "scrapes" and gives you one meaningless honeycomb for doing 10 of them. Many of us have been bzzagents for a long time, back when it was great. They have done a total 180 on what they use to be. It is no longer about natural word of mouth and campaigns that spread the word all about the money.

I'd be happy to, but I'm heading to bed, LOL. I'll explain tomorrow if someone hasn't by then. And BTW, welcome to the forum. It's nice to meet you.

I'll let Karen explain, she is far better at that than I am. But in short, WE don't get paid... Bzzagent the company gets paid for the scapes we (well not me, lol) write. In return they give you a honeycomb for 10... which seems like a lot of work. In turn, honeycombs earn you rank and gold keys, both of which are nothing more than a grand illusion to make you think you are getting somewhere, in reality, neither one means a darn thing.

basically, it's as tara described. BzzAgent gets paid by each brand for bzzagents to make bzzscapes. You get a honeycomb for every 10 bzzscapes, enough honeycombs earn gold keys. The problem with that is keys aren't really worth anything right now. There are a ton of agents with keys that can't use them. If Bzz is making money off bzz scapes, why would they bother to send us bzzkits that cost money if they can make money off us for free?

makes good sense is there a lot more agents now too so they can't afford so many to give out?so its like slave labour with the hopes of being thrown a treat lol

that's why a lot of us don't waste the time doing them, because by doing them, we are basically "doing ourselves" out of campaigns...
