Level 7 is a myth, a total myth, I am 68 into level 6, next key is 6 away, and no end in sight.

It really doesn't compare... or at least it's like apples and oranges. Tiers were an average. Basically, the average of how many reports you did in each campaign. I say this because we all know that 90% of reports got 3's. Honeycombs aren't averages. They are just a grand total based on how many months you went to the frogpond and how many campaigns you had. Almost everyone does at least two reports per campaign, and almost everyone takes the survey at the end of each campaign. So it's not the work you did in the campaign, it's the number of campaigns you were involved in. For some, this works out great. If you've been an agent for a while, or if you have a popular demographic, you'll have been in many campaigns and have lots of honeycombs. For others, this isn't so hot. If you weren't offered many campaigns under the old system, you could work harder on the few you had and bump up your score. But under this system, we can only advance when the stars align, or when the moon is full, or when we are offered campaigns.

I am not offended by the new system. I have decent demographics, so I've had quite a few campaigns. But I preferred the old. It was fun to work towards a goal.

And to answer your question, I had been in the top one hundred, and even the top 30, but I tended to accept campaigns when offered and I was in a good demographic so that was fairly frequently by BzzAgent standards. So I hovered just a tenth of a point off the top 100 most of the time.

Any idea what's considered a good demographic? Ex. I'm in a Philly suburb and Philly is the 6th (used to be 5th...darn you, Phoenix! Laughing) largest city in the US. Does that mean it's one of the better demographics? Or does population not figure into it?

Ya I was just wondering if most of the top 100 were level 6 bees... and how far in they where.

I think where you lives plays a factor but not that big of one... I live North of Salt Lake City UT... and I have been offered... my guess is most of the campaigns... I think it has more to do with your personal life... kids.... married.... age... house or apt.... what you do in your spare time... that kind of stuff.... EDBSON I can't believe how fare in you are... level 7 is really the black hole.... I don't know that I want to get there maybe they kick you out at that point... LOL.... you just fall in and never come back out.... it really would not surprise me at this point! Shocked Razz

I was in the top 100 and now I am level 4 Crying or Very sad I have been an agent since 2004, but I am not offered that many campaigns, so I received very few honeycombs. It really doesn't seem right to me, but not much I can do.

I've actually been wondering if Barbie is OK. I haven't seen any sign of her here or on the BeeLog. The last time she had a long absense from the BeeLog, she was in the hospital. As eager as she is to share her opinions there, I expected to hear her comments about the changeover. Maybe she's just upset because her title of #1 agent is gone with the wind.

I'll never reach higher....with my demographic of rural Maine and never getting any campaigns, I'm stuck at level 4, I'll be 105 and on my deathbed and my last wish will be to be a level 5....I'll pass on and on my tombstone it will read..."There has to be a level 5 in heaven or she will never rest in peace".

I just wish I knew where it was and what it offered. So I wouldn't feel like I was being led unrealistically.
